23-year-old booked for raping woman from Punjab
Gurgaon, May 27: A 23-year-old man was booked for allegedly raping a 28-year-old woman on the pretext of marrying her, police said on Friday, May 27.
Accused Praveen Kumar, a resident of local Badshahpur, was booked for raping a woman from Ludhiana, Punjab.

Kumar, who runs a mobile shop came in contact with the victim six months ago.A case was registered at Badshahpur police station and the accused is absconding, police said.
The victim, who lives in a rented room and works at a beauty parlour, said in her complaint that she was sexually assaulted on several occasions during the last five months.
