2024 Lok Sabha Polls Predictions: BJP To Win 8 Out Of 10 Seats In Haryana

The BJP-led NDA is predicted to do well in getting eight of the 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana if the polls are held today, as per India Today's Mood of the Nation opinion poll.

The NDA is expected to get 8 out of 10 seats. However, it had won all 10 seats in the 2019 polls. The Congress is likely to win 2 seats in the 'Jat land'.

The NDA is expected to get 50 per cent votes in Haryana while the INDIA bloc is likely to win 38 per cent votes. In 2018, the NDA had bagged 58.21 per cent votes while the Congress had garnered 28.51 per cent votes.

According to the opinion poll, Om Prakash Chautala's Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) is predicted to face complete obliteration. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the INLD secured two seats, capturing approximately 24 per cent of the total votes.

The survey findings say that the Jats, which form about 27 per cent votes, are not happy with the ruling party over the wrestlers' protest. Most wrestlers, who took part in the protest, belong to this community.

Nonetheless, the BJP is predicted to return to power for the third time.
