18-yr-old girl chased, molested by four men in Mumbai

, March 12: yet another molestation case has been reported in Mumbai, a city which was once known as the safest city in the country for women. A teenage

was molested and nearly stripped by a group of men after an argument on auto fares in the city's Kandivili area.

The 18-year-old girl was reportedly chased down the street in broad daylight. Reports also say that she approached a restaurant for help, from where she was thrown out.

Finally, a motorist who was passing by stopped and raised an alarm, following which a constable came to help the girl.

Cops now say the girl was attacked when she got into an arguement with an auto rickshaw driver over the fare. The argument soon got heated and four men gathered around her and molested her, when she tried to get away from them they chased her down the street trying to rip off her clothes.

All four have now been arrested and cops says two of the attackers may be minors.
