Rajasthan
Jaipur, June 19:17-year old boy- Chitraang Murdia- could be called a child prodigy as he topped the IIT entrance exams. He scored a whopping 334 out of 360. Not only that, he also beat 1 lakh 50,000 students to be at the top. Now, his aim is Bombay IIT, which is one of the 16 premier engineering institutes.

His ambition? "I want to do something for society by creating solutions to problems of the underprivileged," he said.

"I want to get into research either in the field of electronics or computer science. I have an inclination for research and would prefer that over a corporate job," he said from Kota in Rajasthan.

As tip for future IIT aspirants, he said he studied for 14 hours a day and depended upon his family and friends for support to handle the pressure. He relaxed by reading his favourite authors.
