13-yr-old alleges sexual assault by father, uncle
Banda (UP), March 15: A 13-year-old girl has alleged that she was sexually assaulted by her father and uncle repeatedly over the last few years in Pailani area here.
The minor approached a child welfare committee and alleged that her father and uncle had been sexually assaulting her since her mother died a few years ago.
President of the committee Chandramauli Srivastava said he has written a letter to the Superintendent of Police, demanding action in the case. SP R P Pandey said he was aware of the incident and it was being probed.
