13 killed in Jharkhand road accident
Ranchi, Aug 14: At least 13 people were killed in Jharkhand early Friday when the van they were travelling in was hit by a truck, police said.
The accident took place at Ichagarh in Seraikela Kharsawan district.
Police said the truck rammed into the van carrying 15 people. Thirteen people died on the spot and two were injured.
The victims travelled from Puri and were on their way to Bihar's Siwan district.
