11-yr-old raped, Trinamool Congress leader's brother caught red handed, stripped

The incident took place in Durgapur, West Bengal. The accused was reported to have been caught red-handed while raping an 11-year-old girl on Friday, Oct 10.
The accused has been identified as Bhola, brother of a local Trinamool Congress leader Babu Mondal. He has been inebriated.
According to sources, the young girl was kidnapped when she waiting for her relatives near her house in the City Centre. The accused allegedly took her to the TMC leader's house and raped her.
Locals rushed to rescue the girl after hearing her screaming. People, who rescued the victim, stripped and thrashed Bhola and set on fire a motorcycle parked outside. The mob even attacked the police when they arrived.
Police sources informed that Bhola was taken into custody and the girl was admitted to the Durgapur sub-divisional hospital. A police picket has been posted in the area.
