1 killed, 30 injured in TN road mishap

when the van in which they were travelling to a temple capsized near here today, police said.

The victims of Karaikulam, near Kamuthi in Ramanathapuram District, were on their way to Kollankudi Kaliyamman temple in this district to offer worship on account of new year. When the van was near Sivaganga, the driver lost control and the van capsized. In this accident, a woman who was travelling in the van, died on the spot and 30 others were injured who have been admitted at Sivaganga Government Hospital.
