TRS may join Third Front, party chief slams 'communal forces'
Stressing

party's
secular
credentials,
Rao
said
he
was
against
joining
the
communal
forces
and
that
his
MPs
would
join
the
Third
Front.
Rao
was
speaking
at
a
rally
here
on
Sunday
evening.
Rao
added
that
the
communal
forces
would
not
gain
power
and
that
he
was
in
talks
with
various
national
leaders
like
Jayalalithaa,
Mamata
Banerjee
and
Naveen
Patnaik.
He
said
all
the
national
parties
are
in
favour
of
a
third
alternative,
the
report
said.
All sections should taste growth and live in harmony, he said.
Rao also took a strong dig at the Congress and BJP, saying both of them had been reduced to regional parties.
The TRS chief also promised to sanction Rs 1,000 per month as old age pension for the aged and the physically challenged.
