TG EAPCET 2025 Exam Notification: Important Dates, Eligibility, and Application Process
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has released the notification for the Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET-2025). The exam will be conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH) for admissions into undergraduate professional courses for the 2025-26 academic year. This entrance test is essential for students seeking admission to engineering, agriculture, and pharmacy programs in universities, private unaided institutions, and affiliated colleges across Telangana.
Key Dates and Application Process

The application process begins on February 25, 2025, and will be open until April 4, 2025, without a late fee. The exams are scheduled between April 29 and May 5, 2025. Hall tickets will be available for download from April 19, 2025.
Late fee charges for applications:
- ₹250 till April 9
- ₹500 till April 14
- ₹2,500 till April 18
- ₹5,000 till April 24
Applications must be submitted online, and candidates should ensure they meet all eligibility requirements before applying.
Exam Details
The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET-2025) will be conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE in a computer-based test (CBT) format.
Courses Offered
Engineering and related fields include BE, BTech, BTech in Biotechnology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, and Biomedical & Pharmaceutical Engineering. Agriculture and allied fields include BSc (Hons.) Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, BVSc & AH, and BFSc.Pharmacy and nursing programs include BPharmacy, Pharm-D, and BSc (Nursing).
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) with MPC or BiPC subjects. The minimum qualifying marks are 40% for SC/ST candidates and 45% for others.
Age Requirements
For engineering and pharmacy courses, candidates must be at least 16 years old by December 31, 2025. For BTech Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, BSc Agriculture, Veterinary Science, and Horticulture, the minimum age requirement is 17 years, with a maximum age of 22 years (25 years for SC/ST candidates).
Exam Centers
The exam will be conducted across 16 zones in Telangana. In Andhra Pradesh, the test will be held in Vijayawada and Kurnool. Candidates who pay a late fee of ₹2,500 or ₹5,000 will be assigned Hyderabad Zone-4 as their exam center.
Registration Fees
The registration fee is ₹900 for general and OBC candidates, while SC/ST/PH candidates need to pay ₹500. Those applying for both engineering and agriculture streams must pay ₹1,800 (₹1,000 for SC/ST/PH candidates).
Additional Guidelines
BSc Forestry aspirants must appear for the Agriculture & Pharmacy stream exam. Admissions for BPharmacy, Pharm-D, and BTech (Biomedical & Pharmaceutical Engineering) will have 50% seats allocated to MPC and BiPC candidates each.
Exam Schedule
The Agriculture & Pharmacy exams will be held on April 29-30, while the Engineering exams will take place from May 2-5, 2025. With this notification, the admission process has officially begun for students aspiring to join professional courses in Telangana. Candidates are advised to adhere to deadlines, check eligibility criteria, and prepare for the exam accordingly.
