on bail. Jagan has been in jail for 16 months and a large number of

Jagan is the son of late Andhra Pradesh chief minister YSR Rajasekhara Reddy and had a major fallout with the Congress top leadership over the question of succession after his father's tragic death four years ago.

Security was beefed up ahead of Jagan's release from the jail

The CBI court here granted a conditional bail to the leader on Monday. He can not move out of Hyderabad.

Authorities have put up barricades and deployed personnel of the Border Security Force, AP Special Police and the civil police.

Jagan was arrested in 2012 in connection to a disproportionate assets case.
