Hyderabad, Feb 14: One more person died of swine flu and other complications in Telangana, taking the toll to 17 since August 1 last, the Government said on Tuesday.

The fresh death due to swine flu and other complications was reported yesterday, taking the toll to 17 since August 1, 2016, according to a release issued by the State Health, Medical and Family Welfare Department.

On February 13, 92 cases were tested, of which 29 found to be positive for H1N1 virus, it said. It further said 482 among 4,496 samples tested since August 1 emerged positive for the virus. Sufficient stock of medicines and testing kits were available in the State, it said.
