The clip was shared by VC Sajjanar, Additional Director General Of Police (ADGP), Telangana, and wrote, "It is sad that some motorists lack the patience to stop when the signal is signaled. Rushing is the reason for such road accidents. If you stop for a minute, you won't be able to sink. The world does not stop.
