Little dog does not allow its owner to drive car and instead do this

Pets love to be pampered and they don't care if they are delaying things for that. In this video, the little dog is no exception. She wants to be loved even if that causes his owner get late to reach his destination.

The dog named Penny is not ready to allow her owner to drive to the vet and instead wants him to keep scratching her furry chest inside the car and give her all the attention. The owner keeps on telling the pet: "Hey Penny! I can't scratch your chest any more. We have to go bye bye." But the pet is little ready to hear him and keeps pulling his hand to cuddle her.
