You may mock her or get awed by her act, but you certainly can't ignore the fact that this grandma has it in her blood.

In the vide above, the elderly woman in casuals is seen taking on youngsters over a dance-off in the famous Bourbon Street, New Orleans, USA. As she dances in a cool style, the audience, including several youngsters, appreciates her. The woman even tries to ape the moves made by the youngsters and though she is looking funny, one can't really ignore the fact that she is a confident soul and not hesitant to display her talent.

The atmosphere was building up and all of a sudden, a dance circle came to life and the 'dancing granny', known as LeAnne from California, joined the party. She starts to twist and tweak, much to the amazement of the young crowd who whistled and hollered in appreciation.

Towards the end of the video, a youngster was also seen holding his hip, apparently in a gesture of dig at the elderly woman but that didn't stop the special woman.

Again, one more energetic old woman proved that age is just a state of mind.

The video was taken by Matthew Libassi, a passer-by from New York, during a weekend.
