It was on June 19, 2018, at the Otkritie Arena in Moscow where Poland were playing Senegal in a group game of the Fifa World Cup. However, while the game on the turf was something the audience was mostly connected with, a drama was unfolding in one section of the stadium.

A couple from Poland got engaged during the game as the man got down on one knee to propose her girlfriend in the stands. The adorable incident didn't go unnoticed as people around the duo were quick to bring the focus of the minds and phones on them. They even started cheering the girl to say 'yes' to the man as he offered her a ring and the girl, with Hanna written on the back of her t-shirt, finally gave in and the viewers exploded. As teyh couple hugged and kissed each other, somebody said: "That's cute".

And as things settled, the focus was back on the game in which Poland were beaten 1-2 by the Africans.

However, among the several Poland fans who were disappointed by the loss of their national team, the couple was surely an exception.

They will remember the day through their life and pass on the happy feeling they had to the next generation. After all, nothing tastes as sweet as love.
