New Delhi, July 8: The public is yet to come to terms with the budget, but the political circuit, especially the Congress leaders are fast to react as always. The railway hike could be restricted to 14.2%, not anymore, but factors like FDI and PPP did not make way into the hearts of other political parties.
Some like Congress's Pawan Bansal, a former railway minister, have taken it personally..indeed. He did not appreciate the Railway Minister pointing fingers at the previous governments. Mamata Banerjee, on the other hand has raised issue with the FDI system.
