After releasing the official list of Cabinet portfolios, PM Narendra Modi announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh to the kin of those dead and Rs 50,000 for the injured.

While the PM has already taken a lead in assuming office, his Cabinet members are likely to assume office from afternoon.
