New Delhi, Jan 24: This winter season North India is wearing a "white" thick blanket of snow.
Several parts of North India, including Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir, have witnessed heavy snowfall.
Tourists are flocking to Shimla and Kashmir to enjoy the beauty of winter.
If on one hand, tourists are enjoying their vacation in snow-capped hills of North India, bad weather conditions have brought great difficulties to the locals.
