Durga Puja is the primary festival of Bengalis and is celebrated with great pomp and show in West Bengal and in other parts of India.

Starting Oct 7, the streets of Kolkata will be flooded with devotees and pandal hoppers who wish to pay obeisance to Goddess Durga and enjoy the theme-based pandals that are a norm here during this celebration.
