Lucknow, Nov 3: This is the fourth time that the Samajwadi Party (SP) is taking out a Vikas Rath Yatra, the meaning of which is chariot of development to victory in the UP polls.

The presence of Mulayam, Shivpal and Akhilesh on one platform came days and months after bitter acrimony in the Yadav clan that saw no holds barred tit-for-tat sackings and expulsions of followers of warring camps.

Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Cheif Minister Akhilesh Yadav bus attracted the eye of people as it was decorated with the major schemes launched by Akhilesh and a Mercedes bus has been customized into a hi-tech rath for his development yatra which started today from the State Capital to Unnao.
