How the AAP rife gives Sisodia's career a political headstart
New Delhi, March 16: Arvind Kejriwal might me the AAP supremo, who as he admits wants to "stay out of dirty politics"; Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav may have their own reasons to "go against the party policies" to be considered left wings of the same, but the actual hero who has snatched the limelight from the trio above is Manish Sisodia.
If we considered Delhi politics as a game of chess, Sisodia is the warrior saving the seat of the CM. But in order to do that, he gets all the attention.

Sisodia in the time of crisis
When the party showed fissures in their ideologies and the convenor went on treatment amid this, it was Sisodia who kept it together. And his loyalists Sanjay Singh, Kumar Vishwas, Navin Jaihind, Dilip Pandey, Ashutosh and Ashish Khetan helped him. Manish grew in fame for his ability to make crucial decisions at the time of crisis and his long-spirited battle against the Bhushan-Yadav camp.
I have the remote in my hand: Sisodia said as acting CM
A clean chit
While many AAP leaders like Sanjay Singh, Gopal Rai, Dilip Pandey, Ashutosh and Ashish Khetan have come out in the open, sometimes being at the receiving end of allegations, Sisodia stayed clear of the muck.
An inside source once said,""He (Sisodia) is the only beneficiary of the recent developments. By sidelining dissenters, he has already tightened his grip over the party. Additionally, he enjoys support of more than 50 MLAs of his party. In fact, if he so wishes he can make the position of Kejriwal difficult.''
Role model
As the Deputy Chief Minister, Sisodia holds a number of portfolios-Finance, Urban Development, Human Resource Development, Planning, Vigilance and Revenue. And he is trying his level best to juggle between all these roles while his convenor relaxed. In fact, it is said that Kejriwal would be looking into matters like party's outreach, Sisodia will be managing the entire show.
As far as the party's target communities are concerned, a source said that the factional differences within the party will not influence the target voters-middle class, lower middle class, auto rickshaw community and slum dwellers.
He knows it all
Interestingly, Sisodia is well aware of his power and say in the party. During Kejriwal's absence, he was asked whether he was just a mouth piece and that the "remote" was in somebody else's hand while he was discharging the acting-CM's post. To this, he confidently said-I am the acting CM and the remote is also in my hand.
