Udhna assembly constituency is in Surat district of Gujarat.
The Congress party's candidate from the Udhna Assembly Constituency for the Gujarat Assembly elections 2017 is Satish Patel.
Udhana or Udhna assembly constituency came into being after delimitation of seats in 2008. The city is the starting point of Udhna-Palsana Industrial Corridor. Its proximity to Surat makes it an excellent place for commercial activities.
The Bharatiya Janata Party's Narottambhai Patel is the current MLA representing Udhna Assembly Constituency. In 2012 Gujarat Assembly elections, Narottambhai Patel defeated Congress party's Rajput Dhansukhbhai Bhagwatiprasad by a massive margin of 32,754.
