Gujarat elections: Congress candidate from Mahuva constituency- Dr. Tusharbhai Chaudhary

BJP’s Makwana Bhavanaben Raghavbhai is the current MLA representing Mahuva Assembly Constituency.

The Congress party's candidate from the Mahuva Assembly Constituency for the Gujarat Assembly elections 2017 is Dr. Tusharbhai Chaudhary. The main contest in Mahuva seat during 2017 polls would be between Tusharbhai Chaudhary and BJP's Mohabhai Dodhiya.

Mahuva located in Bhavnagar District, a part of the Saurashtra region. It is also known as Kashmir of Saurashtra.

BJP's Makwana Bhavanaben Raghavbhai is the current MLA representing Mahuva Assembly Constituency. In 2012 Gujarat assembly elections, Makwana Bhavanaben Raghavbhai defeated Independent candidate Bharatkumar Bhaskarrao Thakar by 28,352 votes. The BJP has been winning from seat since 1998.
