Gujarat elections: Congress candidate from Ankleshwar constituency- Anil Bhagat

JD(U) rebel leader Anil Bhagat will contest on the Congress symbol from Ankleshwar. Anilkumar Bhagat is the son of Chhitubhai Bhagat and is a B.A graduate of DR. Baba Saheb Ambedkar University, Vadodara. Bhagat is given the ticket after the Congress struck a seat-sharing deal with tribal leader Chhotu Vasava.

Anil Bhagat had contested for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections on JD (U) ticket but managed to secure a third place. According to myneta.info, Anilkumar Bhagat is facing two criminal cases. He has mentioned farming as his profession.
