Gujarat elections: BJP candidate from Umreth constituency- Govindbhai Raijibhai
Govindbhai Raijibhai Parmar from Bharatiya Janata Party has filed nomination papers from Umreth Constituency in the upcoming Gujarat assembly elections 2017.

Umreth is a municipality (nagar palika) and administrative seat for Umreth Taluka in Anand district in Gujarat. Umreth consists of 91 villages and 38 panchayats.
The current MLA of Dakor is Ramsinh Parmar from Indian National Congress party. He won the elections in 2012 by winning 78226 votes.
According to myneta.info, Govindbhai is a 6th grade pass. He has stated his profession as Farming and Businessman. His special interest is social service. The languages known to him are Hindi, Gujarati.
Govindbhai's assets are worth of 1 crore and he has three criminal cases reported against him.
