BJP candidate from Bharmour assembly seat in Himachal: Jiya Lal Kapoor

He has multiple degrees with a B.A, B.Ed, M.A. and M.Phil to his credit.

Jiya Lal Kapoor-BJP: Jiya Lal Kapoor is the son of Laxman Dass. He completed his 10th from Himachal Pradesh Board Of School Education in Dharamshala, in 1984. He is an agriculturist and a private contractor by profession. Jiya Lal Kapoor was the runner-up in 2012 Assembly Elections.

This is Jiya Lal's second Assembly election. The BJP has fielded Jiya Lal Kapoor by ignoring the claim of former assembly speaker, Tulsi Ram. Kapoor has no criminal cases against him.
