Mumbai terror attacks 2011
Just as the 'city of dreams', Mumbai was recovering from the 26/11 terror attacks, three back to back bomb blasts at the Opera House, Dadar and Zaver Bazar shattered the city on Jul 13, 2011.
The government stood by its stand that there was no intelligence failure. The terror blasts highlighted the huge security lapse in the country.
