Was Pop Singer Dua Lipa Sexually Harassed In Rajasthan During Her India Trip? Here's The Truth

Global pop star Dua Lip was recently in India where she visited a few places including Jodhpur in Rajasthan.

The three-time Grammy Awards winner shared a couple of photos from her stay in Rajasthan. However, there were speculations doing rounds on social media sites claiming that she was sexually harassed by a few men in Jodhpur.

A viral picture featuring the international pop star in the streets of Rajasthan is circulating on social media, attributed to RVCJ media. The accompanying text states: "Dua Lipa faced sexual harassment from some men during her visit to Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Locals had to escort her to safety."

There are a few social media users who are sharing the image, asserting that she was subjected to sexual harassment in Rajasthan.

However, the Twitter handle Crime Reports India is a Pakistan-based Twitter handle, as per the Digital Forensics Research and Analytics Center. The Twitter handle is engaged in spreading fake news about India.

On doing a reverse search of the picture on Google, the same photo was found on the official Facebook page of RVCJ media.

Moreover, she has not filed any complaint related to the issue in India.

Further, Lipa has spoken highly about her recent trip to India on her Instagram account. She said, "I feel so beyond lucky to end my year here in India. Thank you to all the wonderful people here who have shown us so much love, kindness, hospitality and generosity. This experience has been deeply meaningful.
