The much-hyped film was released to a huge hype on Thursday. While the movie hit the screens on Wednesday in overseas centres, it opened to early morning shows in India.

Even as the fans of King Khan are celebrating the release of 'Dunki', a review attributed to leading critic and box-office tracker Taran Adarsh is doing rounds on social media sites. A screenshot claiming that he is disappointed with the Christmas release has gone viral on social media sites.

The message from the screenshot read: "#OneWordReview... #Dunki: DISAPPOINTING. #Dunki is an EPIC DISAPPOINTMENT... just doesn't meet the mammoth expectations... Director #RajkumarHrani had a dream cast and a massive budget on hand, bu creates a HUGE MESS."

However, this is a fake tweet and the critic has not shared the said post. He is hospitalised for over a week. He is recovering after surgery at the Kokilaben Hospital. In fact, he sent his best wishes to both 'Dunki' and 'Salaar' teams on Thursday.

He wrote, "Good morning, extremely keen to watch #Dunki and #Salaar, both... Still under observation in hospital, have almost recovered after a major surgery... Thank you veryyy much for the wishes... Feeling blessed 🙏🙏🙏."

The viral tweet attributed to Taran Adarsh seems like has been spread by a fan of Prabhas as there are hashtags of 'Salaar' in the said screenshot.

While 'Dunki' has been released on Thursday, 'Salaar' will be out on Friday. Meanwhile, the movie has hit the screens today and met with fairly positive reviews.
