Yash's 'Toxic' Launched With Customary Pooja In Bengaluru

Rocking Star Yash's highly anticipated film 'Toxic' was formally launched with a pooja ceremony on Thursday. The movie team conducted a customary pooja, and the first scene was shot featuring Yash, who continues to sport the beard look from his blockbuster film 'KGF'.

The makers have meticulously crafted the storyboard for 'Toxic' while incorporating advanced Stuntvis technology to bring their vision to life. The major part of the movie will be shot in Bengaluru. Large sets have been erected in the city. However, some important scenes are planned for filming in Mumbai.

After the gigantic success of 'KGF' series, Yash is joining hands with National Award winning Malayalam filmmaker Geetu Mohandas. The movie has Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Kiara Advani, and Malayalam actor Shine Tom Chacko in key roles.

Some reports claim that Nawazuddin Siddiqui might also join the cast, though official confirmation is yet to be made. The cast and crew of the movie are expected to be in Bengaluru soon.

The movie is being funded by KVN Productions and Yash's Monster Mind Creations. Earlier, there were plans to release the movie in April. However, it is unlikely to release in 2025 summer as Prabhas' 'The Raja Saab' is scheduled for release.

So far, it has been confirmed that Rajeev Ravi will handle the cinematography.

Meanwhile, Yash along with his wife Radhika Pandit and children visited Sadashiva Rudra temple in Ujire and Dharmasthala on Tuesday. They sought blessings for 'Toxic'. The couple was joined by producer Venkat Narayan Konanki.
