Why Suriya Turned Down 'Aadujeevitham' Offer?
'Aadujeevitham' is being hailed as a masterpiece in Malayalam cinema, thanks to its team of world-class technicians. Recently, director Blessy shared some interesting news about the casting process. Initially, actor Suriya was considered for the lead role. Despite his interest in the script, Suriya had to decline due to physical constraints. This revelation came during an interview with a cinema magazine, where Blessy was promoting the movie.
It was also mentioned that actors Vikram and Suriya were both in the running for the lead role at one point. The story required the lead actor to undergo significant physical changes, a challenge Suriya felt unable to meet at the time. He had just finished a project that demanded a similar physical transformation, which took a toll on his body. Consequently, Prithviraj Sukumaran was cast as Najeeb, the protagonist, who successfully managed the required physical transformation for his role.

The film's completion marks nearly fifteen years of effort by Blessy and is eagerly awaited by audiences, with its release date set for March 28.
The cast includes notable names like Gokul, Amala Paul, Jean-Louis, Talib al-Balushi, Rik Aby, and Shobha Mohan in significant roles. The movie boasts of a talented crew as well, with AR Rahman composing the music, Resul Pookutty handling sound mixing, Sreekar Prasad in charge of editing, and Sunil KS overseeing cinematography.
