Who Stabbed Saif Ali Khan? Attacker Demanded ₹1 Crore at Actor's Residence
Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, who was stabbed at his residence in Mumbai's upscale Bandra West area early Thursday morning, was reportedly attacked by an intruder demanding a ransom of ₹1 crore. Police sources confirmed the ransom demand to NDTV, citing a statement from a member of Mr. Khan's domestic staff.
The knife attack, which followed the ransom demand, resulted in injuries to three people, including the 54-year-old actor and two staff members. Saif Ali Khan was stabbed six times, suffering injuries to his spinal cord. He was rushed to Lilavati Hospital by his son Ibrahim, who took him in an auto-rickshaw after the delay of their car.
Doctors have now confirmed that the actor's condition is stable.

Saif Ali Khan is reportedly out of danger after undergoing surgery for the stab wounds at Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital. The actor was attacked by an intruder who broke into his home around 3 AM on Thursday. Khan resides on the 12th floor of the Satguru Sharan apartments in Bandra.

4. CCTV Footage: The suspect was captured on CCTV cameras. After the attack, he fled the scene using the building's staircase.
5. Ongoing Search: DCP Gedam confirmed that the attacker has been identified. "He escaped using the staircase, and our teams are actively pursuing him. We have 10 detection teams working on various leads," he said.
