What Did Kiccha Sudeep Say About Thalapathy Vijay's Political Entry?
Kannada actor Kiccha Sudeep has shared his thoughts on actor Thalapathy Vijay's maiden political rally held in Chennai. In a recent interview, Sudeep highlighted the significant influence of cinema on public discourse and society, using Vijay's rally as an example.
Sudeep On Vijay's Political Entry

"The world's biggest platform is cinema. This is a big platform, sir. You have seen it in Tamil Nadu; how was the response to Vijay's political rally? From which platform did people come from? Where did these people come from?" Sudeep remarked, emphasizing how cinema can mobilize people on an unprecedented scale.
When asked about his own potential political aspirations, Sudeep did not rule out the possibility, stating, "However, when I feel the need, I will come to politics." The actor hinted that he has no hesitation about entering the political arena when the right moment arises.
Sudeep acknowledged the complexities of joining politics, saying, "Coming to politics is not an easy matter. Not all those who have can enter politics." He stressed the importance of understanding the nuances and responsibilities that come with being a political leader.
Sudeep's Take On Regional Parties
Reflecting on regional politics, the actor expressed admiration for development under regional parties in neighbouring states, contrasting it with Karnataka's reliance on national parties. "Our neighbouring state has seen more development because there is a regional party. However, we have national parties here, and everything gets approval from the Centre," he observed.
Sudeep also touched upon the challenges of floating a new political party in the current situation, citing hurdles that make it difficult for newcomers to establish themselves.
While the actor has yet to announce any concrete political plans, his comments suggest a thoughtful approach and a willingness to step in when he feels it is necessary.
It has to be noted that Vijay and Sudeep had worked in Chimbu Devan's movie Puli. Meanwhile, Kiccha is preparing for the release of his next movie Max.
