Upon the failure of Seven Star Satellite Pvt Ltd and other parties to repay the aforementioned outstanding sum within the stipulated timeframe, Deutsche Bank assumed control of the property. The public notice, accessed by Hecta, a platform connecting buyers to distressed properties being auctioned by banks, provided insights into the auction proceedings and the circumstances leading to the property's availability.
