Vishal Health Update: How Is His Condition Now & What Exactly Is The Reason Behind Shivering?

South Indian fans expressed concern after witnessing actor Vishal appearing weak and trembling during the 'Madha Gaja Raja' promotional event held on Sunday. Speculations about his health quickly spread, even as Apollo Chennai clarified that the actor was battling a fever.

Now, Vishal's close friend and actress Khushbu, who attended the event, has provided a detailed update on his condition. Speaking to a Telugu YouTube channel, Khushbu revealed, "Vishal was very sick with dengue and had a high fever of 103 degrees. I asked him why he attended the event, and he said, 'The movie is releasing after 11 years. Santhanam is not here, and Sundar (the director) needs me, so I came.' It was sad to see him in that state, but he is on the road to recovery."

Khushbu shared that Vishal was immediately hospitalized after the event and placed on drips. She reassured fans that there is no cause for alarm as the actor is feeling much better now.

Adding to this, Vishal's manager, Hari Krishnan, issued a statement confirming the actor is resting at home under medical supervision. He urged fans not to believe rumors about Vishal's health and assured them of his steady recovery.

"Madha Gaja Raja," directed by Sundar C., was originally shot in 2012 but faced significant delays due to financial and logistical hurdles. Produced by Gemini Film Circuit, the movie features an ensemble cast, including Anjali, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Sathish, Sonu Sood, and the late Manobala. Initially planned for a Pongal release over a decade ago, the film is now gearing up for its long-awaited release during the upcoming Pongal festival.

Despite his illness, Vishal's dedication to promoting the film highlights his commitment to the project, which is finally seeing the light of day after years of anticipation. Fans are eagerly awaiting the movie's release, which marks the culmination of an 11-year journey.
