The viral picture sparked wild speculations, but Vinay has now cleared the air. Speaking to a YouTube channel, he said, "The photo was taken during a magazine photoshoot. It has nothing to do with movies or anything else."

Talking about his bond with Ramya, Vinay explained, "I've known her since my childhood. I was in 9th standard when her movie Abhi was released. She's a good friend, we meet often and talk regularly."

This isn't the first time Vinay has been quizzed about his personal life. In interviews last year, he openly addressed questions about marriage. "I don't know why everyone keeps asking me about it. Even I used to wonder when I'll get married, but now I've stopped asking myself that question. I'm still young and don't think marriage will happen anytime soon," he had said.

Reflecting on love and relationships, Vinay admitted that like everyone, he too experienced love during his college days. "At that age, there's always confusion-what is love and what is attraction? I too went through it," he shared.

Beyond personal life, Vinay also spoke about handling failures in cinema. "It's normal to win or lose in movies, but failures hurt. You have to experience those emotions completely, only then can you move on. For me, travel, friends, theatre, and films give fresh energy. Sometimes fans themselves inspire me to make a comeback," he said.
