Vijay Deverakonda’s Car Hits Accident Near Gadwal, Actor Unhurt

Actor Vijay Deverakonda, 36, narrowly escaped injury after the car he was traveling in met with an accident on Monday in the Jogulamba Gadwal district of Telangana. The collision occurred on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru National Highway near Undavalli, but fortunately, the Tollywood star was unharmed.

Deverakonda was traveling from Puttaparthi in Andhra Pradesh to Hyderabad when his car was hit from behind. The vehicle approaching from behind reportedly took a sudden right turn, causing a collision with the actor's car. Despite the impact, no one in the car, including the actor, sustained any injuries.

Several videos showing the damage to Deverakonda's car have circulated on social media. Following the accident, the actor boarded a friend's car to continue his journey. Police confirmed that a complaint regarding the incident has been filed by Deverakonda's team.

Addressing his fans on X, Deverakonda reassured everyone about his well-being:
"All is well. Car took a hit, but we are all fine. Went and did a strength workout as well and just got back home. My head hurts but nothing a biryani and sleep will not fix. So biggest hugs and my love to all of you." He urged fans not to worry or stress over the incident.

Engagement Rumors with Rashmika Mandanna

Reports had previously surfaced claiming that Deverakonda is engaged to actress Rashmika Mandanna, with their wedding expected in February next year. However, neither the couple nor their families have officially confirmed these reports.

Deverakonda was last seen in 'Kingdom', a spy thriller directed and written by Gowtam Tinnanuri, which also starred Satyadev and Bhagyashri Borse. Rashmika Mandanna's latest project was 'Thamma', a romantic comedy-horror featuring Ayushmann Khurrana, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Paresh Rawal, directed by Aditya Sarpotdar.

The two actors have previously collaborated in Parasuram's 'Geetha Govindam' and Bharat Kamma's 'Dear Comrade', and are reportedly set to work together again in Rahul Sankrityan's 'VD14'.
