Vidaamuyarchi First Single: When Will The Song From Ajith's Film Be Released?

Fans of Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar are eagerly anticipating the release of the first single from his upcoming film Vidaamuyarchi.

The soundtrack, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, marks his third collaboration with Ajith after Vedalam (2015) and Vivegam (2017), and his first with director Magizh Thirumeni. Sony Music India has acquired the film's audio rights.

Buzz around the highly anticipated single suggests it might drop in the second week of December, with December 12 being speculated as the release date.

Produced by Lyca Productions, Vidaamuyarchi is said to be a remake of the Hollywood road thriller Breakdown (1997). The film follows Ajith Kumar's character on a desperate mission to locate his wife, who vanishes mysteriously during their trip to Azerbaijan.

The film features an ensemble cast, including Trisha Krishnan as the female lead, and Arjun Sarja and Regina Cassandra portraying antagonistic roles. Aarav also plays a significant part in the film.

Adding to the excitement surrounding Vidaamuyarchi is a brewing legal battle. Hollywood studio Paramount Pictures, the rights holder of Breakdown, has reportedly issued a legal notice to Lyca Productions, alleging copyright infringement. Paramount is demanding Rs 150 crore in compensation for what they claim is an unauthorized adaptation of their film.

Despite the controversy, fans of Ajith Kumar remain focused on the film's music and storyline. With Anirudh's chart-topping track record and Ajith's immense star power, the first single is expected to generate massive buzz upon its release.
