Veteran Kannada Actor T Thimmaiah Passes Away

Veteran Kannada actor T Thimmaiah, who had worked with legendary actors like Dr Rajkumar and Dr Vishnuvardhan, passed away on Saturday. He was aged 92.

He suffered a heart attack on the wee hours of Saturday. He is survived by four children.

The cremation is scheduled for Sunday at 12 noon at the Banashankari Crematorium, reports in the Kannada media claim.

Thimmaiah had worked with well-known directors such as Dorai-Bhagwan, Sunil Kumar Desai, Bhargava, Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, and K.V. Jayaram, among others.

He was part of several iconic films, including Chalisuva Modagalu, Bandhana, Kamanabillu, Parameshi Premaparasanga, Jwalamukhi, Bhagyada Lakshmi Varamma, Karna, Kurukshetra, Nishkarsha, and Beladingala Bale.
