Val Kilmer Dies At 65: Deep Dive Into His 10 Best Films
The actor was 65 years old and was best known for portraying intense characters such as Bruce Wayne in 'Batman Forever and Thomas "Iceman" Kazansky in the Tom Cruise-led 'Top Gun'. His daughter, Mercedes Kilmer, confirmed his passing on April 2.
In an interview with The New York Times, Mercedes Kilmer disclosed that the cause of death was pneumonia. Val Kilmer had been diagnosed with throat cancer in 2015 but later recovered.
