S Kathirvel wrote a 10,000-line poem expressing love and admiration for Vijay within 36 hours, thereby proving his undying devotion to his idol, according to a report in ABPNews.

Armed with pens, notebooks, and an unyielding determination, Kathirvel embarked on his poetic journey. He found a quiet corner in the Eye Focus Visual Media office in Pallakad and began his marathon writing session at precisely 11:00 am on April 16, 2024.

For the next 36 hours, Arjun poured his heart and soul into his writing, channelling his love for Vijay into every line of poetry. He wrote tirelessly, fueled by his passion.

As the clock struck 11:00 PM on April 17, 2024, Arjun finally put down his pen, his 10,000-line ode to Vijay complete.

His dedication and love for Vijay touched the hearts of Thalapathy fans everywhere, inspiring them to express their own admiration for their beloved idol in creative ways.

"This is to certify and honour S Kathirvel, born on 17th June, 1993 of Tirupattur, Tamil Nadu, India for the creation world record of non-stop 36 hours of poem writing of 10,000 lines about actor Ilayathalapathy Vijay starting from 16th April, 2024 11.00 am to 17th April, 2024 11 pm in eye focus visual media office at Pallakad, Kerala, as confirmed on 20th April, 2024," the Future of Kalam's Book of Records noted.

Meanwhile, Vijay's blockbuster 'Ghilli' has been released this weekend and it has opened well at the box office. Despite being a 20-year-old movie, it has grossed over Rs 10 crore on day one at the worldwide box office.

As per the reports, the Tamil flick has broken the records of first-day collection of re-release movies.
