Reports claim that Vijay contacted Ajith Kumar by phone to check on his well-being. Although Vijay initially wanted to meet Ajith in person, he decided to call instead since Ajith was discharged by then, reports in the Tamil media say.

On Thursday, Ajith underwent hospitalization for a routine examination, during which doctors identified an abnormal swelling in the nerve linking his ear to the brain. They opted for a straightforward medical procedure to address the swelling, successfully eliminating it. Ajith has since recovered well, as evidenced by his ability to walk back to his ward from the ICU, as per a report in Times Now.

His manager has claimed that the death of art director Milan during the shooting of Azerbaijan schedule of their upcoming movie 'Vidaamuyarchi' had an impact on him. So, Ajith decided to undergo a routine health check up as he prepares to leave the country for the next schedule of shooting.
