Tamil Film 'Garudan', 'Maharaja' To Hindi Blockbuster 'Mirzapur': Check List Of Upcoming OTT Releases In July

For people who love binge-watching, this week will be full of entertainment for them as many big projects have been released on OTT platforms including Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ Hotstar. The list of upcoming web series, dramas, and films includes many thrilling, action, comedy, and drama entertainers like Mirzapur 3, Showtime, Suits, The Kapil Sharma Show, and many others.

Major contributions can be seen from the regional cinema as Garudan, Maharaja, and more set to entertain the audience. Kollywood is also set with a diverse lineup of Tamil movies set to hit screens this June.

Garudan (Tamil Film): July 3

RS Durai Senthilkumar helmed Garudan is set to release on Amazon Prime Video on July 3. Garudan is a Tamil action thriller movie based on a story written by Vetrimaaran. The plot of the story revolves around a loyalty test of a friend by others. Ace actors Soori M. Sasikumar, and Unni Mukundan will play the lead roles, while Roshini Haripriyan, Sshivada, Revathi Sharma, Samuthirakani, Vadivukkarasi, RV Udayakumar, and Mime Gopi will play cameos.

Maharaja (Tamil Film): July 19

The second big release of this month is Netflix's Vijay Sethupathi starrer Maharaja. A crime drama film directed by Nithilan Swaminathan. Vijay Sethupathi along with Anurag Kashyap, Sachana Namidass, Mamta Mohandas, Natarajan Subramaniam, Abhirami, Aruldoss, Munishkanth, Manikandan, Singampuli, and Bharathiraja are expected to deliver something different this time that fans are surely going to like, according to the trailer of the film. The film narrates the story of a barber, who reports that his "Lakshmi" missing after a home robbery, leading to suspicions about his true intentions by the police.

Chutney Sambar (Tamil Web Series)

Another big upcoming project is the Tamil web series Chutney Sambar. The date of release for Disney+ Hotstar's big project has not been finalised yet, but it is expected to be released soon. The series showcases Yogi Babu in the lead role. The poster for the project was unveiled by the cast and crew on social media platforms and it is expected to be big hit.

Mirzapur 3 (Hindi web series):

The third edition of the Mirzapur series is all set to release on July 5. Mirzapur's first two seasons were a big hit, and trailer of the third edition has already created a buzz among the audience. Mirzapur casts Ali Fazal, Vijay Varma, Pankaj Tripathi, Shweta Tripathi Sharma, and Rasika Dugal.
