Tamil Actress Killed By Son For Refusing To Give Money To Drink Alcohol
In a shocking incident, an elderly woman named Kasiammal, who had acted in the Tamil drama 'Kadaisi Vivasayi', was allegedly killed by her own son over a monetary dispute.
The incident occurred on February 4 around 3 pm, India Today reported. The report claims that they had an altercation as he asked for money to buy alcohol.

The actress had refused to give money to drink. Agitated son, during the heated argument, attacked her with a wooden slab.
The son identified as Namma Kodi had separated from her son and depended on his mother for daily expenses, according to a report in The Times Of India.
The cops arrested him and seized the wooden slab from the house. The case has been filed under IPC Section 302.
Kasiammal had acted in the National Award-winning movie 'Kadaisi Vivasayi', directed by Manikandan. Nallandi had played the lead role and he had died before the film's release. The movie also had Vijay Sethupathi and Yogi Babu.
