Suchitra Apologizes To Kenishaa Amid Jayam Ravi-Aarti Divorce Saga

Singer Suchitra has reconciled with Bengaluru-based artist Kenishaa Francis just days after making serious allegations against her. Kenishaa had been at the center of rumors involving Tamil actor Jayam Ravi's marriage with his wife Aarti, which recently garnered significant attention.

The controversy erupted on Monday when Suchitra accused Kenishaa of using Ayahuasca, a plant-based psychedelic, without proper licensing. In a now-deleted video, Suchitra had publicly criticized Kenishaa, calling her an unlicensed practitioner and referring to her as an "underworld singer."

However, the situation appears to have taken a positive turn, as the two have patched things up. Suchitra took to Instagram to clear the air, stating, "@kenishaafrancis - If you weren't such an open person to talk to, those terrible rumors wouldn't have gotten dispelled. Cheers to accessibility and straight talk!"

In a reflective post, Suchitra also opened up about her past experiences, mentioning how she felt manipulated in similar situations, including during her own divorce. Kenishaa responded warmly to the post, expressing gratitude and appreciation for their conversation, writing, "This means so much @suchislife_official, and I love our chat! More love and power to you."

The exchange marks a public resolution between the two, following the intense speculation and allegations that had surfaced earlier.

Meanwhile, Keneeshaa slammed Jayam Ravi's estranged wife Aarti for making her "scapegoat" in their divorce row.

In an interview with DT Next, she has claimed that Jayam Ravi came to her only after sending divore to Aarti. She said,"He got in touch with me again around June, when he was mentally and emotionally bruised and battered from his marriage to Aarti. There are certain articles that say that I am the reason behind his separation with his ex-wife."

Calling the allegations that blamed her for Ravi's separation, Keneeshaa said that those are "false claims" and Ravi approached her as he did not want anyone in Chennai to know about this. She had also recalled about her first meeting with him which was centered around our professional lives and she had congratulated him over fondly talking about his family.

She has also denied the rumours of reports which claimed that they had brought an apartment together in Goa. She added, "I heard Ravi and I purchased an apartment in Goa. I have been manifesting this for a long time and I really wish we did. But, Ravi is a friend and a client of mine. I didn't even know Jayam Ravi well until he sent a divorce notice to his wife, who has blatantly lied that she isn't aware of what was to come. Any speculation about a romantic relationship is purely media-driven and they will be responsible even if something happens between us in future,"

On September 10, Jayam Ravi announced his separation from Aarthi after 15 years of marriage, explaining that the decision was made after much contemplation and for personal reasons.

Thereafter, In a surprising twist, Aarthi publicly declared that she does not consent to the separation, describing Ravi's decision as "one-sided" and claiming it blindsided both her and their children. She expressed her desire for an open dialogue with her husband, stating, "Sadly, that opportunity was not afforded to me."
