Sonakshi Sinha's Brother Luv Breaks Silence On Skipping Her Wedding
Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal tied the knot on Sunday after dating for seven years. The intimate ceremony took place at the actress' home in Bandra, and was attended by close family members and industry colleagues.
However, the noticeable absence of Sonakshi's brothers, Luv and Kush Sinha, has fueled rumors of discord within the family over her marriage to Zaheer.

Luv Sinha had previously remained tight-lipped about his sister's wedding in an interview with ETimes, neither confirming nor denying the reports.
"Sonakshi's parents attended the wedding, and were naturally elated about the day. However, her brothers didn't come to the wedding as well as the reception. The photographers didn't spot the two entering the venue, till the very end. And everyone found it to be really weird," a source informed.
Despite the speculated family tensions, Sonakshi's close friend, actor Saqib Saleem (actress Huma Qureshi's brother), stepped in to perform the duties of a brother during the wedding, reported Hindustan Times. A touching video shows Sonakshi walking beneath a 'phoolon ka chaddar', a traditional canopy of flowers, held by her friends with Saqib holding one end.
Needless to say, this news generated a lot of traction on social media where people were seen commenting about the absence of Sonakshi's brother.
"Where are her own brothers?" commented a user on the video. "Where are her family members?" asked another user.
Luv's response
A few media houses tried to reach out to Luv Sinha for his response on the matter.
"Please give it a day or two. I'll respond to your question then if I feel I can. Thank you for asking," he said when asked about his absence from the wedding.
A few days ago, Luv spoke about his sister's wedding to Zaheer in a conversation with ETimes, "I'm out of Mumbai at the moment, and if it's regarding the news published, I have no comment or involvement in the matter," he said.
The wedding was attended by Sonakshi's parents, Shatrughan and Poonam Sinha, and Zaheer's family, dispelling rumors that Sonakshi's parents were against the union.
The couple also hosted a grand reception in Mumbai, which saw the presence of several stars from the industry. Despite the joyous occasion, the absence of her brothers continues to be a topic of discussion among fans and media alike.
