Somy Ali Breaks Silence: Ali's Shocking Claim About Salman Khan And Bishnoi Community
Somy Ali, Salman Khan's former girlfriend, has come forward to defend the actor amid the ongoing death threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, making some startling claims about their past discussions.
In a recent interview with IndiaToday, Ali opened up about a conversation she had with Khan regarding the infamous Blackbuck killing case in 1998, a case that has been a source of contention between the actor and the Bishnoi community.

Somy Ali Breaks Silence- Here's what she revealed
Ali revealed that Salman Khan was unaware of the blackbuck's significance to the Bishnoi community at the time of the incident. She said, "He didn't know that the Bishnoi community worships blackbucks. He told me that he had no idea, and I find it absurd that people expect him to apologize for something he didn't know about." She further emphasized that Salman did not intentionally harm the animals and was unaware of the cultural reverence for blackbucks, as reported by News 18.
Recollecting a personal experience, Somy Ali added that Salman had stopped her from joining him on a hunting trip during the 1998 shoot, as he believed she scared away the prey. "He told me that I tend to make too much noise, and animals run away," she said. Ali made it clear that she doesn't support hunting as a sport, mentioning that while Salman went hunting on that occasion, she chose not to accompany him.
Ali, who hasn't spoken to Salman since 2012, clarified that she has no personal motives or emotions regarding the actor. "I don't care about Salman, and I don't want any publicity from him," she said. Despite their estranged relationship, Ali expressed concern for Khan's safety amidst the death threats, asserting that violence should never be the solution, as reported by India Today.
Ali also raised the possibility of speaking to Lawrence Bishnoi to better understand his mindset. She said she would be in India in November and would try to arrange an interview with him, as per the media reports. In closing, Ali reiterated her opposition to the death penalty and violence. "I am concerned for Salman in the same way I am concerned for anyone walking down the street," she added, further stating that her concern is purely humanitarian, without any personal attachment to Khan. "The last time I spoke to Salman was in 2012, and I haven't spoken to him in years."
Somy Ali's comments add a new layer to the ongoing controversy surrounding Salman Khan, the Bishnoi community, and the threats made by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, all while bringing to light the complexity of the Blackbuck case from a personal and cultural perspective.
