Siddharth Mocks Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2 Bihar Event, Triggers Controversy [Watch]
Actor Siddharth is facing backlash due to his comments about fans of Allu Arjun, the star of "Pushpa 2: The Rule." A video circulating online shows Siddharth likening the large crowd at the Pushpa 2 trailer launch in Patna to those who gather at a JCB digging site. His remarks have sparked a debate among netizens.
In an interview, Siddharth further fueled controversy by suggesting that many attendees were not genuine fans of Allu Arjun. He claimed they were attracted by free food and drinks rather than admiration for the actor or film.

"In our country, even a JCB digging site attracts a crowd. So, people gathering to see Allu Arjun in Bihar is not something extraordinary. If they organise, crowds will be there. In India, crowds don't mean quality, if that is true all political parties must win, it's for Biryani packet and Quarter bottle," Siddharth reportedly said.
Mixed Reactions on Social Media
The video of Siddharth's comments has elicited varied responses on social media platforms. Some users agreed with his perspective, while others criticised him harshly. One user on X remarked that Siddharth's statement might be a promotional tactic for his upcoming movie release. Another user pointed out that Siddharth had previously called the box office success of "Pushpa: The Rise" fake.
Meanwhile, another user expressed anger over Siddharth's remarks, stating it was disrespectful coming from someone within the industry. A fan commented, "What RUBBISH is he talking about? I think around 2 lakhs people gathered for the #Pushpa2 event in Patna. They all wanted to see the star #AlluArjun ⭐ I think nobody recognises him in public nowadays. That's why he is fuming."
Buzz Around Pushpa 2
"Pushpa 2" has created significant excitement across India as fans eagerly await its release. The film has broken box office records and established itself as one of Indian cinema's biggest hits. Within just five days of its release, "Pushpa 2" earned Rs 593 crore.
The film is directed by Sukumar and features Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil alongside Allu Arjun. Fans are leaving no stone unturned to express their enthusiasm for this cinematic spectacle.
Siddharth's comments have undoubtedly stirred emotions among fans and industry insiders alike. As discussions continue online, it remains to be seen how this controversy will unfold further.
