Siddharth Mallya, son of fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya, has begun a new chapter in his life on Saturday as he tied the knot with his girlfriend Jasmine. The first pictures from the wedding are out online.

The couple changed their wedding vows at an intimate ceremony in London on Saturday. Going by the pictures, it is clear that it is a white wedding or a marriage solemnized as per the Christian customs.

Siddharth posted a picture and wrote: "Wedding week has commenced... #wedding #ily." A photo also shares Jasmine wearing a diamond ring. "Forever," she added on the photo on her Instagram Stories.

Their love story began with a Halloween proposal in 2023, which Siddharth orchestrated in a charming and unconventional manner. Sharing the joyful news on social media, Siddharth posted images of their Halloween costumes, including one where he, dressed as a pumpkin, knelt in front of Jasmine, elegantly attired as a witch, to propose. Another photo captured the couple's radiant smiles, with Jasmine proudly displaying her engagement ring.

Siddharth, a former actor and model, has delved into writing, focusing on mental health. His memoir, "If I'm Honest: A Memoir of My Mental Health Journey," chronicles his personal struggles, while "Sad-Glad" offers solace to children on gloomy days.

Siddharth's professional journey includes stints as the director of IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and as a judge on "The Hunt for The Kingfisher Calendar Girl 2013." His relationship with Deepika Padukone often made headlines, although she is now happily married to Ranveer Singh.
